What are the sizes of the bracelets?
ID Bracelet (with the braiding) Sizes:
Extra Small: 6.5 in. (young kids with small wrists)**
Small: 7 in. (Gals with small wrists or young kids with bigger wrists**)
Medium: 7.25 in. (our most popular size) Gals with average or above average wrist size or Guys with smaller wrists.**
Large: 8 in. Guys with average or larger wrist size, or gals with larger wrists**)
Slim Cuff Bracelet (band style) Sizes:
Small: 6.75″ (Gals with smaller wrists or young kids**)
Medium: 7.5″ (Guys with smaller/average wrists or girls with average/bigger wrists**)
Large: 8.25″ (guys with above average or larger wrists**)
All measurements listed are from middle of buckle to the other middle of buckle.

Remember, this is a real leather product so there will be a slight variation in sizing. Also, all leather will stretch when broken in.
How long does it take?
Domestic (USA) orders: Once your order is placed, our experienced team of engravers will begin working on your personalized leather bracelet within 24 hours. Most orders are engraved, packed, and shipped out within 2 business days after you placed your order so you can have it fast. When your package is shipped we send you an email confirming the shipment and including a tracking number for your package. From there, please allow for 4-7 business days of transit time for your item to arrive. All shipments use the USPS first class mail service with delivery confirmation. If you need a faster mail service please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate you; priority and express mail services are available at additional cost.
International: Items are sent USPS first class mail international. Please allow for up to 12-14 business days for shipping transit time on international orders. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
What kind of fonts and symbols can I use?
Fonts: we use a standard block letter format that will look nice on anyone (see our picture examples for what it looks like).
Symbols: Here’s a quick list of symbols that you can paste into the engraving box when you are ordering your bracelet; ♥ + & ☮ < > / : … -. Have a look at the examples library *here* for some real bracelet examples using symbols. If you have something specific in mind we can try to accommodate you but we may not be able to engrave it if it is a complicated symbol. If it is very detailed and not something simple with clean lines it is probably a no go. Contact us via email with a picture of what you want and we’ll get back to you.
How many characters can I fit on a bracelet?

Will every engraving look identical?
Once engraved, the leather bracelet becomes a one of a kind item that is uniquely designed with your personalized engraving message. Because each personalized leather bracelet is hand-done by individual artisans and not by machine, there may be slight variation from artist to artist, however all of our artists use a standard block letter format that looks good on anyone.
Order Cancellations/Modifications:
Did you type in the wrong engraving message, or mess up a specific date? We can cancel/fix an order no problem, but you have to let us know quickly! We work hard to get your orders out quick, so make sure you let us know ASAP if there is an issue. Once the item is engraved/packed (this is typically done within 24 hours), order cancellations and modifications are not possible.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once engraved, the personalized leather bracelet becomes a one of a kind creation made to your custom specifications. Therefore there are no refunds or exchanges on personalized leather bracelets, all sales are final.
Because of this we encourage you to give us accurate information when submitting your engraving detail and also to select the size of your personalized leather bracelet carefully. If in doubt when selecting a size, we always recommend going with the larger size. Better to have it fit and be a little big, than it be too small and not be able to wear it.

Care:
Our personalized leather bracelets are made from real 100% genuine leather, so as with any high quality leather material it is advisable to keep it away from water to keep your bracelet looking nice.
