Ordering and Shipping

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) through PayPal.

Is my payment secured?

All payment processing goes through PayPal processing which is very safe, secure, and reliable.

How do I know my credit card and personally identifiable information is protected?
We understand the importance of your personal information remaining secure. We take the necessary steps to secure your information.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Denmark, and Israel. If your country is not listed you can email us and we might be able to make special accommodations to ship to you.

How does the order process work?

Once you place your order with us we will send you a confirmation email summarizing your order details and shipping address. You will later receive a shipment notification email with tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note updated tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to update within the shipping carrier’s system.

How long until my order is delivered?

So you would like to know how long your order will take from the moment you order it, until the day it arrives.
This question depends on a couple of factors, like when you ordered it, and the shipping method you selected.

Backorders can delay your order, however they rarely occur so you won’t have to worry about it.

Your order typically leaves our warehouse in 1-2 business days, so to get an idea on when your package will arrive consider the following shipping service options

These delivery estimates INCLUDE the order processing time, so they represent a good estimate from the date of order until the date of delivery.

Standard Shipping – 4-9 business days (usually 7 days)
Expedited Shipping – 3-6 business days (usually 4-5 days)
Express Shipping – 2-3 business days (usually 2 days).

Also, because we ship with the USPS, Saturday delivery comes standard with all packages. So for delivery purposes, Saturday counts as a business day.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Did you type in the wrong engraving message, or mess up a specific date? We can cancel/fix an order as long as we haven’t processed your order yet, but you have to let us know quickly! We work hard to get your orders out quick, so make sure you let us know ASAP if there is an issue. Once the order has been processed order cancellations and modifications are not possible. Modification/cancelation requests are done via email only.

What happens if my shipment has been returned to sender?

Once the package has been returned to us, we will send you an email letting you know. At that point you can make arrangements to have it shipped to an alternate address by getting in contact with us.

Personalized Leather Bracelets

What kind of fonts and symbols can I use?
Fonts: we use a standard block letter format that will look nice on anyone (see our picture examples for what it looks like).
Symbols: Here’s a quick list of symbols that you can paste into the engraving box when you are ordering your bracelet; ♥ + & ☮ < > / : … -. Have a look at the examples library here for some real bracelet examples using symbols. If you have something specific in mind we can try to accommodate you but we may not be able to engrave it if it is a complicated symbol. If it is very detailed and not something simple with clean lines it is probably a no go. Contact us via email with a picture of what you want and we’ll get back to you.

How many characters can I fit on a bracelet?
By style of bracelet, you can fit a maximum of…
ID – 12 Characters
Flower and heart ID – 10 Characters
Slim Cuff – 20 Characters

Will every engraving look identical?
Once engraved, the leather bracelet becomes a one of a kind item that is uniquely designed with your personalized engraving message. Because each personalized leather bracelet is hand-done by individual artisans and not by machine, there may be slight variation from artist to artist, however all of our artists use a standard block letter format that looks good on anyone.

Our personalized leather bracelets are made from real 100% genuine leather, so as with any high quality leather material it is advisable to keep it away from water to keep your bracelet looking nice.


What is your return policy?

Once engraved, the personalized leather bracelet becomes a one of a kind creation made to your custom specifications. Therefore there are no refunds or exchanges on personalized leather bracelets, all sales are final.
Because of this we encourage you to give us accurate information when submitting your engraving detail and also to select the size of your personalized leather bracelet carefully. If in doubt when selecting a size, we always recommend going with the larger size. Better to have it fit and be a little big, than it be too small and not be able to wear it.

Defect Merchandise Received

Fun Express Village has a strong commitment to quality and stands behind the products it sells. All items are quality checked multiple times prior to shipment to ensure everything looks good. If there is a defect on an item you just received from us please email us with a picture of the issue within 48 hours of your shipment delivery. We will do all we can to repair or replace the item if necessary.
