Q: Will I receive my order before Christmas?

A: We only guaranteed shipping until December 20th, 2011 at 12PM EST. However, we are still shipping all of this week but there are no guarantees for delivery by 12/25/11.

Q: I placed my order already, will it get here by 12/25/11?

A: If you got it in by 12/20/11 at 12PM EST than yes. But, after that you might, but it will depend on where you live and there are no guarantees anymore.

Q: Why so long to get an order shipped?

A: All orders are hand engraved and built just for you so this is a customized product. Orders are going out within 24 hours.

Q: Can I still contact customer support?

A: There is a Help tab on the right. That gets to the customer service right away, and we will answer your questions as soon as possible.
